General Development has both national and local banking relationships.  National financial institutions such as GE Capital, LaSalle Bank, and UNUM are just a few institutions with which General Development can provide creative financing resources to virtually any project. Locally, General Development can provide construction financing through its long-standing relationships with such banking institutions as Standard Federal, Comerica, National City and Fifth Third bank. At the municipal level, General Development has built stellar relationships in the many communities we have built industrial and technology parks.  We are leaders in our industry in navigating the complex planning and approval process in order to expedite our clients’ projects. Our construction team at General Development has built long-lasting relationships with all of the construction trades in southeastern Michigan.  Many of the construction trades we do business with today, we have been working with for the past 25 years.
